There are many articles written about how to stop acne from coming back, but whether any of them really work you will have to try it yourself to find out. Many people are prescribed certain medications by their dermatologists, these can be very expensive, depending on what you are prescribed, but once you start taking them you will probably have to continue using them for lengthy periods. Other people try natural remedies such as drinking lots of water and having a proper diet, some even say you should avoid eating red meat and eat foods that are more rich in fiber, also it is recommended that should avoid drinking drink fruit juices, because of the amount of unnecessary sugar they contain.
Another suggestion is to get your liver and kidneys flushed out by drinking lots of water to help you get proper bowel movement and to go on a strict diet for about two days, in order to fully cleanse your system, after this you should stick to your new diet and your acne should not have any reason to come back. In other words change your lifestyle. Also recommended is tea tree oil which kills the bacteria that causes acne and in most instances will prevent the acne from recurring. You can either buy pure tea tree oil or look for products such as gels and cream which contain tea tree oil.
Two products that are highly recommended for the treatment of acne are Acuzine and Actimine; they are both natural pills and starts clearing acne from the inside out, which is where the acne has to be treated first; from the inside. They correct nutrient deficiencies and are able to balance the natural body functions that are responsible for the acne bacteria. People who have used these products or either one of them have attested that they not only cleared up their acne problems within a few days after using them but they also claim that they are very effective in preventing the acne from occurring.
Some of the advice people give is very confusing because it can be very contradictory, for instance some people say you must get sunlight because it is good for the pores whilst others say do not go in the sun if you have acne because it will just make your acne act up worse, so it really depends on where you look for solutions, but the one thing they all agree on is you must drink lots of water and make your diet healthier.

I am interested in having my own skin care /cosmetics line. Is there a book with all the steps help me from the beginning. Truely appreciate any tips, guidance. Thank you, thank you.
There are only four manufactures of cosmetics in the US who sell to many cosmetic lines. Rather than starting your own line I would sell Motives Cosmetics; build up a residual income over $100,000 per year. Then look into setting up your own line.

Hi - I’m hoping to get pregnant in the near future, and would like to know if anyone is aware if Shi’ Jano skin care products and products containing AHA’s are safe to use during pregnancy. Thanks.
Since there are so many skin care products available these days, it would be impossible to answer this, without knowing all the ingredients in the product. I am sure there must be contact information on the packaging, either by phone or email. Please contact the company and ask for a list of all ingredients. Then, once you have that list, call your gynecologist and/or your dermatologist, to ask this question. Pregnancy is too precious a time to hope that one of us on Yahoo answers could answer this correctly. I do know that AHA’s can make your skin more sun sensitive, but brief web searches show nothing else. Until you get to the doctors, try to hold off on pregnancy, until you get their opinions. In the meantime, you can do websearches for things like "AHA skin care during pregnancy". If you have ever used Accutane, speak to your gynecologist before trying to become pregnant.
Perhaps the best acne treatment on this planet is water. Acne begins when your skin cells are abused and begin to react abnormally, and water is crucial to your skin’s health. In fact, experts say water is crucial to having soft, youthful skin.
When skin cells are deprived of water (dehydration) this leaves them struggling until replenishment arrives. If you add this to the harsh effects of sun exposure, cold or hot weather, pollution, and air-conditioning, your skin cells can react in several ways, including excess oil (sebum) production, dryness, and acne breakouts.
A typical person loses around 1.5 liters of water a day…not counting the water loss from exercise or sweating on a hot day. Therefore, the admonishment about drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day is really good advice.
When skin cells (and the rest of the cells in your body, for that matter) are given sufficient water, they are able to maintain healthy membranes that keep your skin hydrated. If not given sufficient water, however, your cells will not rebuild and will not be able to get rid of the waste products and toxins that accumulate in them.
This further deprives the already dehydrated cell of the oxygen and nutrients it needs to work and cleanse itself properly.
Vitamin B3
Did you know that as low as 9% of Americans eat the recommended 3 to 5 servings of vegetables each day? At best, 3 out of 10 Americans are able to consume enough vitamins to deal with the stresses and conditions that afflict people today, acne being one of the most common.
Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and when you do not consume enough nourishment it will show the first signs of this deprivation.
Experts agree that Vitamin B3 or Niacin is crucial to healthy skin. It improves circulation and helps your body metabolize fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Acne is a symptom of Niacin deficiency. The recommended dosage for acne sufferers is 200 mg, taken three times a day.
Topical Niacinamide, a Vitamin B3 derivative, has been proven to be more effective against acne than even the popular antibiotic clindamycin. Present in the over the counter acne product, Acnessential (a 4% Niacinamide cream), the B3 derivative was used in studies at the State university of New York against mild to moderately inflammatory and comedonal acne, and found to be effective.
Natural Green Tea
Natural green tea is unfermented, unlike other types of tea. This means it is not oxidized and, therefore, it retains active substances that make it one of the best acne treatments
Green tea contains a high amount of potent antioxidants that make it beneficial in acne prevention. Antioxidants counteract the effects of free radicals in the atmosphere that threaten to damage your cells and tissues.
In studies, green tea was successfully used to:
-fight bacteria;
-reduce inflammation;
-decrease hormone activity; and
-kill staphylococcus aureus, the bacteria that causes bacterium acne.

Shea butter comes from West Africa and before the big companies picked up on it, it was only known to people either from West Africa or people who traveled West Africa. Now it is the best hair and skin product according to the new world. I don’t want to be left out of this business….
This is not really a question but I think I can help.
If you want to create a cosmetic line there a couple of ways to go about it but you need a product first. That is where friends come in. Experiment on them until you have something that they are asking you for.
Get some quotes form them then start making small batches and sell them at a farmers market. This will build up a following. You can also offer them on Ebay.
You will have to come up with a name, do the branding, a logo, a pleasing label, web site and all that but make sure the product is good first.
If the product is good, and you push, you will make a lot of money.
If you are among the many people who suffer from dry skin, you will be eager to learn the best methods available for keeping your skin hydrated for as long as possible. Dry skin is especially a problem during the winter months where the lack of moisture causes the skin to itch and makes skin care a more difficult challenge. Women who have dry skin cannot wear make-up the way they would like to, as this would lead to further drying of the skin. However, with a little care and a lot of patience, dry skin can be maintained as beautiful and supple as moist and normal skin.
The 1-2-3 Method of skin care For Dry Skin
1. Cleanse and exfoliate the skin - The first step in any skin care regime is to start by cleaning the skin. Since the dry skin will have a lot of dead cell accumulation on its surface, it will also require exfoliation along with the cleansing. It is only after the dead skin cells are removed, that any cream make-up can be applied.
2. Moisturize the skin - Because dry skin lacks moisture, wrinkling of the skin is likely to occur. In order to keep the skin smooth, moisturizer will need to applied regularly. You will notice that after a few hours, the moisturizer tends to disappear and your skin becomes dry again. To prevent this, you may need to use a little glycerin; just a few drops can make a huge difference in helping to keep the skin moisturized.
3. Nourishing the skin - The dry skin is always starving. This is why its skin care will have to include a fair amount of rich nourishing night cream. This will help to restore its health and keep it nourished. This is best applied at night before going to bed because it is at this time that the skin is free from dust and other pollution particles, and it can absorb sufficient nutrition.
If you would like to have youthful looking skin in spite of having dry skin, you will need to stick to this routine religiously. Avoid wearing cosmetics as much as possible, since this will further dry and damage the skin. If you do need to apply cosmetics, be sure that they are removed before you go to bed at night. Also, remember to add a sufficient amount of moisturizer to compensate for the loss that occurs during the day. During the day, try to keep your face out of direct sunlight. Wear a sun visor and use a sunscreen with an SPF rating of 30 or higher to keep your skin protected from the UV rays of the sun.
Having healthy, moisturized skin, will require a great deal of care on a regular basis. But, if you stick to a routine maintenance schedule, you can overcome the problem of dry skin.

What is a proper acne control skin care? With so many skin products it is easy to damage your skin instead of helping it. For example, alcohol based cleansers or serious scrubbing will only make your acne worse. Find out how to give your face best acne skin care.
1. Clean your skin with gentle cleansers
Use mild cleansing agent on acne affected skin. Gently rub it in twice a day. If the weather is very hot or you do a lot of exercise makes sure to wash the sweat of your face. Bacteria can accumulate on your face when you are sweating. You can use an astringent cleanser for washing your face. Best cleansers contain benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, licochalone, chamomile, aloe vera, feverfew, and niacinamide. Avoid acne cleanser with high alcohol content, they will dry your skin.
Be careful not to overdo it with the cleansing. Using acne cleanser five times a day instead of two won’t help. Actually it can only make your skin more irritated. Scrubbing acne affected skin is also a bad idea; it will only make acne worse.
2. Use exfoliating acne skin care products
Exfoliating means removing dead skin sells from the surface of your skin. Not only these sells make your skin look dull, they are also a good food for bacteria. At home you can use mild exfoliating scrubs about once a week. For a more dramatic effect ask a dermatologist if dermabrasion or a chemical peel can help you to get rid of acne.
3. Simplest rule of acne skin care – no squeezing and pinching
Don’t tease your skin. It might be very tempting to get rid of these terrible whiteheads by squeezing them, but they will only pop up again and look even more awful then before. And it can also leave a scar on your skin.
4. Sun is the enemy of acne affected skin
Sun is damaging for any skin, but it is particularly dangerous when you have acne. First, acne makes your skin more sensitive. Second, most acne medications like cleansers and acne creams make your skin more susceptible to sun damage. Using a sun block cream is not a good idea, most sun screen creams are oil based. So for proper acne skin care stay out of the sun or wear a hat.
5. Shave with care when you have acne
Shaving can be a problem. Whether you use electric razor or a safety razor take extra care when shaving, if you have acne. If you use a safety razor, make sure it is very sharp. It is best to use disposable razors. Soften your beard with water and soap before putting a shaving cream on. It is recommended to use shaving creams for sensitive skin. And, most important, don’t shave very often, because every shaving disturbs your skin and can make blemishes worse.
6. Select make-up carefully
Make-up can help to hide acne and acne scars, but you have to be careful applying it. Only select water based (not oil based) congealers and foundations. Avoid cheap cosmetic, it can damage your skin farther. If you use blush, go for a powder blush instead of a stick blush, it is less likely to clog your pores.
Remove your make up as soon as you get home. Even the best cosmetic is not really good for acne affected skin. It can clog your pores causing more acne breakouts. If you notice that your acne are getting worse, switch to a different brand make up. And don’t use make-up unless absolutely necessary – decorative cosmetic is not a friend for acne skin care.
7. Keep dirty hands off your face
When working in the garden or doing any other dirty work, never touch your face. It can transfer bacteria to your skin and cause an acne breakout.
Stick to these simple rules of best acne skin care. Combined with a good acne treatment or medication they will help you to clean your face of acne and bring back your beautiful skin.
